Sorouh, Orascom, Hydra and Capital Investment set up new construction JV in Abu Dhabi

Orascom Construction Industries (OCI), Hydra Commercial Investments and Sorouh Real Estate said (OCI) said they are setting up a new construction joint venture called the Emirates Foundation in Abu Dhabi.
