Bank Al-Maghrib, Morocco's Central Bank, planning a central Shari'ah board

The Moroccan Central Bank, Bank Al-Maghrib, is reported to be in talks with Shari’ah scholars about establishing a central Shari’ah board to oversee the development of the country’s Islamic finance industry.
