First Gulf Bank (FGB) launches Nujoom Development Programme
The 18-month leadership scheme aims to build national talent capabilities and is integral to FGB’s business strategy. Nujoom is, says FGB, tailored to develop future leaders in the market and to promote a larger talent group for the bank, and the finance and banking sector in general.
