A deal-maker’s guide to growth economies

Deals in growth markets remain incredibly challenging. Research by PricewaterhouseCoopers suggests that over 50 per cent of deals that enter detailed external due diligence in growth markets fail to complete. One key reason for this is that many companies’ boards struggle with perceived ‘sky high’ valuations in growth markets.
