Governance challenges remain for Europe’s banks, says Nestor Advisors
Corporate governance specialists Nestor Advisors' annual study of the governance of Europe’s 25 largest banks asks, what lessons from the financial crisis have bank boards applied and which require more attention. It also asks, are regulators focused on what can realistically be accomplished by boards and regulators to promote sustainable risk-taking.
