How can GCC banks compete?
As wealth in the region grows, so too does the need for specialist private banking and wealth management services. This will come as no surprise to the specialist European and American private banks and asset management firms who have been flocking to the DIFC and the QFC for the past few years. Nor will it come as a surprise to the many domestic and regional banks that have seen the wealth of their top customers multiply many times over the same period.
