Qatar’s business optimism declines for Q3 2012
The Composite Business Optimism Index for the non-hydrocarbon sector has moderated to 27 due to uncertainty concerning the global economy although business expansion plans have improved as 46 per cent of the non-hydrocarbon respondents plan on investing compared to 36 per cent in the last quarter. The composite index for the hydrocarbon sector has dropped to 4 as the outlook for selling prices has dropped significantly.
