How very productive!
I write this in the aftermath of the Banker Middle East Product Awards 2012 feeling much more than usually well-disposed towards the financial services industry. It is gratifying to see the industry response to the Awards – a measure of how seriously they are taken by those who take part. From our point of view it is also very encouraging to see how the Industry is setting about addressing the concerns of its customers, both corporate and individual, improving the quality, competitiveness and transparency of its products.
