Classic cars rule at Kuwait's Concours d'Elegance
As I write this, I’m sitting in a café in Kuwait. I’m here through a special invitation to attend the Kuwait Concours d’Elegance (which took place on 15-18 February 2012) from the State of Kuwait – Historical, Vintage and Classic Cars Museum, the body bankrolling the event.
