Social media in the slaughter house
I saw a number somewhere recently which suggested that the casualty rate for journalists covering the conflict in Libya was around 10 per cent. I don’t recall who published the numbers or how they were aggregated, but it wouldn’t surprise me if they were around that number. If anything, that they aren’t higher is also surprising.
