I do think that the British media should give Dubai a break. Needless to say, after months of circling Dubai’s economy like vultures starving for carnage, they’ve been having a field day over the Government of Dubai’s proposal to push back payment of its sovereign debt until the summer of 2010. In their haste to slap Dubai in the face, they even neglected a few small facts; for example, Dubai is not a country and it is Abu Dhabi who owns the largest sovereign wealth fund, not Dubai.
