I read an interesting ‘exclusive’ this week – well, it would only qualify as an exclusive in this part of the world where the meaning of the word is open to interpretation (oh the many calls I’ve endured from PRs offering me an ‘exclusive’ with someone due to give ten other interviews that day) – about unskilled workers having to pay higher fees for the ‘privilege’ of working in the GCC.
