No longer fired with enthusiasm?
Has the financial sector turned the corner? Are bankers no longer being fired with enthusiasm? It would seem there are straws in the wind suggesting that there may now be more jobs than bankers, rather than more bankers than jobs! Press reports suggest that banks and private equity firms in the Gulf region appear to be starting to hire again. But while they may be hiring it would also appear that they are lowering – lowering salaries on offer to new hires, that is.
