Let’s get one thing clear straight away; by ‘enterprise culture’ I do not mean that you need to have pointed ears, ask Scottie to beam you up or set your phasers on stun. But I would not necessarily blame you if that was your first thought. The expression ‘enterprise culture’ is ill-defined, partly as a result of the failure of many of those who bandy it around to make clear distinctions between entrepreneurship, enterprise and small business.
