Middle class matters
Over the course of the last couple of years it will have been apparent to anybody watching the evolution of the economies of the Middle East at large and in the GCC in particular that there is a growing emphasis on business. Overshadowed certainly by the Arab spring it is nevertheless true that there has been another ‘awakening’ both within and without governments across the region. It is the need to build a sustainable pattern for economic development and growth.
